We produce premium print and digital magazines, integrated campaigns, and sponsorships for luxury and lifestyle advertisers. Role Overview We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead advertising sales across our East Coast ballet markets (New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Providence, and more). This role also supports national brand development across luxury, fashion, travel, beauty, and lifestyle categories. This is a quota-carrying revenue role with an annual goal of $1.5M. Ideal candidates are polished, strategic, relationship-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, seasonal environments. What You’ll Do You will lead regional and national advertising sales by selling print and digital placements across all East Coast ballet markets while pitching multi-market opportunities to national luxury, lifestyle, travel, and financial brands. You’ll manage a strong, organized pipeline in HubSpot and ensure every prospect receives polished, strategic communication. In this role, you will guide all advertiser relationships—handling proposals, communication, asset collection, approvals, and renewals—while providing exceptional service that strengthens long-term partnerships. You will also own Nutcracker season revenue pacing for the East Coast, maintaining a strong sense of urgency during this critical period, prioritizing high-value prospects, and managing deadlines across multiple cities. In addition, you will convert single-issue advertisers into full-season or multi-market partners, presenting sponsorships, editorial integrations, and cross-market opportunities that increase advertiser impact and overall revenue. What You’ll Bring • 5+ years in advertising sales, media sales, or agency account management • Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue goals • Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills • Experience selling conceptual advertising or sponsorship packages • Understanding of East Coast markets (preferred) • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) • Organized, proactive, relationship-driven Compensation This position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000, along with a robust commission structure tied to individual and seasonal performance. Additional incentives are available for securing full-season partnerships and exceeding annual revenue goals.
