You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s best — supporting top global healthcare brands and developing your skills in project management, media relations, and client engagement. About the Role As an AS, you’ll be a key part of an integrated team that partners with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You’ll help manage day-to-day account operations, contribute to media campaigns, and ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to deepen their experience in healthcare PR, strategic communications, and client management. What You’ll Do Project Management • Support client programs by managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets • Maintain consistent communication with teammates, clients, and vendors • Identify potential challenges early and propose smart solutions • Guide junior teammates and vendors to execute key tasks efficiently • Contribute to budget development and track project expenses Media Relations • Research and engage with key media outlets and reporters across healthcare trades and top-tier publications • Contribute to media strategy development and crafting tailored story angles • Pitch stories to print, broadcast, and digital journalists to secure quality placements • Maintain and update media lists and track outreach progress • Support execution of traditional and social media campaigns New Business Development • Support the agency’s growth by identifying leads, conducting research, and contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions • Assist with proposal and presentation development What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field • 4+ years of healthcare PR experience • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms • A team-first attitude, curiosity, and a passion for learning The Culture The agency values collaboration, accountability, and curiosity.
